Model Penurunan Turnover Intention dan Job Burnout melalui Mutmainnah Adaptive Capability untuk Pekerja Millenial

The purpose of this study was to test the model for reducing turnover intention and job burnout through workplace incivility mutational adaptive capability millennial workers. In digital era where generation who is currently dominant or dominates share labor market, it turns out that they are vulnerable burnout. This uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained from questionnaires. sample selection will use a non-probability sampling method, which technique in not all population can be sampled. criteria enter include age 20-40 years. Data were collected from130 respondents employees manufacturing companies Demak. analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) method SmartPLS. results showed Incivility had positive significant effect on Job Burnout, Muthmainnah Adaptive Capability Workplace JobBurnout intention.
